Legal Guides
Player Rights
Player rights depend on the jurisdiction, but some principles are common.
- Clear terms — especially on bonuses, wagering requirements and withdrawals.
- The right to complain — to the operator, then to the regulator or an ADR body.
- Data protection — the right to know what's stored and, where the law allows, to request deletion.
- Self-exclusion — operators must honour it.
How to make a complaint
- Keep screenshots, emails, dates and amounts.
- Send a formal complaint to the operator.
- If there's no answer or it's unsatisfactory, escalate to the regulator.
